Old Man Strong/Ensemble

Joseph Alvarado is thrilled to be making Ray Of Light debut in Urinetown! For a little more than a decade, he has been performing on stages throughout the bay area and most recently played Henry Y. Hwang (HYH) in Yellow Face with Shotgun Players. Has has also been fortunate to have worked with so many amazing companies like New Conservatory Theatre Center, 42nd Street Moon, San Francisco Mime Troupe, San Francisco Playhouse and TheatreWorks Silicon Valley. When not on stage, he enjoys swimming laps, heritage tourism and quietly pondering the gentle art of Swedish Death Cleaning.  He was born, raised and still lives in San Francisco and shares his home with his 20-year old cat, Malcolm.

Mrs. O’Henry / Ensemble

Chloë Angst (they/she) survives and thrives in the Bay Area as a stage and screen actor, artist, musician, songwriter, theatremaker, sewist, screen printer, embalmer, and anthropologist. They are so excited to perform with Ray of Light! Recent musical theatre credits around the Bay Area include the title role in Lizzie (6th Street Playhouse), Mae in Reefer Madness (Lucky Penny), Sister Berthe in The Sound of Music (Berkeley Playhouse), Pythio in Head Over Heels (City Lights Theater Company), Jacqueline in La Cage aux Folles (Theatre Rhinoceros), and Reza in Once (Hillbarn Theatre). Billy Boy Bill/ Ensemble

Jack is over the moon to be making his Ray of Light debut in “Urinetown”! He was born right here in San Francisco, and studied engineering at the University of Rochester. Some of his favorite credits from back in Rochester include: Whizzer in “Falsettos”, Hedwig in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”, and The Emcee in “Cabaret”. Jack would like to express immense gratitude for his wonderful family, his incredible friends, and his dearest Owen. Go piss girls!

Soupy Sue/Ensemble

Cheetah Biscotti is a staple of the Bay Area performing arts scene. With a BFA from the Academy of Art University and a background in clowning. Cheetah was most recently seen as Columbia in Rocky Horror at Oasis with Ray of Light and in Pompeii Immersive as Velma Kelly with Detour Productions. They are well known within the community for their appearances in shows at Oasis including The Rocky Horror Show (2021,2023,2024,2025), SQREAM (2022 & 2024), The Fresh Prince, BitchSlap, Saturday Night Oasis Live, HEXSF, Moist, Princess, and Reparations. Other credits include BEYOND (UNA Productions) and We Build Houses Here (Detour).

Little Sally

How cathartic to be part of the Rebellion! In 7th grade, Angela was forced to watch her first musical at her local high school, which just so happened to be "Urinetown". The musical, not the high school. The wonderfully absurd experience has stuck with her since. Otherwise you may have recently seen her at Bindlestiff Studios down on 6th Street (shoutout epicenter of Filipino-American performing arts) in "The Indios Bravos Trilogy," "The Love Edition 8," and "Stories High XXIV," as Audrey in "Little Shop of Horrors" with Green Swan MT, and long ago (but still relevant in her memories) as Eponine in "Les Misérables" with Stage1 Theatre. She currently plays Sam in "The Shop" a Youtube series from TheVaultTCG about employees dealing with the everyday chaos of a trading card store (Angry Goose Games), shot mockumentary style. Officer Lockstock 8/7-8/9

Danny Cozart is thrilled to return to Ray of Light Theatre for Urinetown. At Ray of Light, he has appeared as Sam Byck in Assassins, Jan the Elder in Yeast Nation, and Nick in Baby. This marks Danny’s fifth Urinetown, following turns as Bobby Strong, Robby the Stockfish, and Officer Lockstock, plus directing Berkeley Playhouse’s 2017 Theatre Bay Area Award-winning production. Other favorite roles include Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, William Barfée in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Jamie in The Last 5 Years, Don in Kinky Boots, John Hinckley in Assassins, Dan in Next to Normal & Adult Men in Spring Awakening. Directing credits include The Sound of Music, Chess, Cannibal! The Musical, and Avenue Q. Love to Marisa, Sawyer, and Emery.

Caldwell B. Cladwell

Will was recently seen as Marvin Gray in The Goat (Shotgun Players) and Franklin Hart Jr. in 9 to 5 (Ray of Light). Gabrielle Goodman is so excited to be a part of Urinetown! You may recognize her from ROLT’s recent production “Mean Girls”. Tiny Tom/Dr. Billeux/Ensemble

James is delighted to be making mischief in the Municipal Water Works. Bay Area credits include Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 (Andrey / Old Bolkonsky / u/s Balaga, Shotgun Players), The Rocky Horror Show (Phantom, four seasons with Ray of Light Theatre), The Wild Party (Oscar D’Armano, Ray of Light — TBA Award recipient), Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Hedwig #3, Boxcar Theatre), and Heathers (Boy #1, Ray of Light — TBA Award recipient). Officer Barrell

Milo is thrilled to be back in the bay to make his Ray of Light debut! Most recently, he was seen in the National Tour of Box Out Bullying, where he spent 5 months on the road performing in venues across the country. Previous credits include Bert Healy in Annie at the Berkeley Playhouse, Melchior in Spring Awakening at the Trentino Music Festival, and Featured Vocalist in The Best of Times: Megan Hilty Sings Jerry Herman with the San Diego Symphony. Having graduated from San Diego State University in May 2025, he is incredibly grateful to have spent his first year out of school consistently working with such incredible artists! Amy is thrilled to make her first appearance with Ray of Light in Urinetown. After years of performing across the Bay Area, she’s grateful for the opportunity to finally make a splash in musical theatre’s most notorious public amenity. Trevor Miller is a current Theater Teacher at Almaden Country Day School in San Jose, CA. He grew up in Chicago, IL, where his love of sports and acting grew. Some of his favorite previous roles include: Mortiz (Spring Awakening), Benny (In the Heights), Seymour (Little Shop of Horrors), Chip Tolentino (Putnam County Spelling Bee), and J. Sidney Matthew Román is thrilled to debut at Ray of Light Theatre in Urinetown! Recent show credits include: Songs for a New World (Man 1) and Cinderella (Topher) at Hillbarn Theatre, The Day the Sky Turned Orange (Marcus, u/s Rayan) with SFBATCO at ZSpace, The Last Five Years (Jamie) with The Pear Theatre, In the Heights (Benny) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Simon, u/s Jesus) at Sunnyvale Community Players. Recent understudy credits include: Dracula (Dracula and Dr. Seward) at SF Playhouse, Come From Away (Kevin J/Ali and Bob) at TheatreWorks. Off the stage, he's a software engineer, ocean conservation enthusiast, and volunteer scientific scuba diver. Amie has been part of the Bay Area theater scene for almost two decades and is finally making her Ray of Light debut. It isn't her first time playing Little Becky, though (Maverick Theater, 2007). More recently, Amie has been singing with cover bands, jazz combos, and a cappella groups. She thanks you for supporting live theater.

Hot Blades Harry

Ralph is very excited to be making his debut with Ray of Light Theater. Recent credits include Olaf in Frozen (Palo Alto Players), Buddy in Elf (Coastal Rep Theater), Tulsa in Gypsy (Palo Alto Players), George in The Wedding Singer (Woodside Musical Theater), Freddy in My Fair Lady (The Pear Theater), and Antonio in Twelfth Night The Musical (LASC). He’s also been involved with UC Davis’ Bollywood fusion dance team, UCD Lashkara, winning the national championship at Bollywood America in 2019. Originally from Canada, Jay has thoroughly enjoyed working with the immense talent in the Bay Area. Previous theat(re) work has included 9 to 5, Mary Poppins, Full Monty, Mamma Mia, Sister Act, 25APCSpelling Bee, Joseph ATATD, Music Man, Singin’ in the Rain, The Producers, Miss Saigon, Company, Dogfight, A Funny Thing Happened...Forum, Anything Goes, Forbidden Broadway, RENT, Reefer Madness, Titanic, Jekyll and Hyde. Jay is also a classical pianist, stage and music director, and generally hilarious guy.

Catherine (she/her) is overjoyed to be back at Ray of Light where she was last seen as Gemma Louise in Kinky Boots. Some of her other favorite theatre credits include Pamela in Head Over Heels (City Lights), Ella in Cinderella (PSP), Hildy in On The Town (SBMT), Maureen in Rent (CRT), Ilse in Spring Awakening (PSP), Simon in Jesus Christ Superstar (WMT) as well as Sweeney Todd, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mamma Mia (Hillbarn) and Matilda (Berkeley Playhouse). Penelope Pennywise

Anne Warren is a Broadway veteran and award-winning performer with credits spanning Broadway, national tours, film, and regional stages across the country. On Broadway, she appeared in High Fidelity (Imperial Theatre, dir. Walter Bobbie) and Hairspray (Neil Simon Theatre, dir. Jack O'Brien), and Miss Dorothy Brown in the First National Tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie (dir. Michael Mayer). Her regional work includes the SFBATCC Award-winning performance of Diana Goodman in Next to Normal with Ray of Light Theatre, as well as acclaimed regional roles in Pippin, 9 to 5, and Everybody's Talking About Jamie.
